And as Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed [him], crying out, "Son of David, have pity on us!" When he entered the house, the blind men approached him and Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I can do this?" "Yes, Lord," they said to him. Then he touched their eyes and said, "Let it be done for you according to your faith." And their eyes were opened. (Matthew 9:27-30a)
This program consists of two brief (five minute) meditations—one in the morning and one in the evening--led by bishops or priests. The morning meditation helps the listener enter the day with a contemplative outlook (trying to see as God sees) and the evening meditation looks back on the day with a contemplative outlook, giving thanks and asking forgiveness. The ultimate goal is to help the listener listen to God throughout the day and to see even more strongly with the eyes of faith than with physical sight.
