“And he called the twelve together and gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to preach the kingdom of God and to heal. … And they departed and went through the villages, preaching the gospel and healing everywhere.” (Luke 9:1-2, 6)

 

     This program consists of readings from magisterial reference texts including the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Compendium of the Social Doctrine of the Church, followed by meditations offered by a bishop or priest to lead the listener in a deeper, prayerful reflection of the Truth found in the Church’s fundamental teaching.  The meditations are always followed by a minute of silence to facilitate the deep interior listening needed for true spiritual healing and contemplation.
